Tunbridge Wells Broken Earth wire.
Downlight connection. Earth wire (CPC) not connected so no earth safety on any of the upstairs lights.
1:Double socket with cable cut out holes much too big. This allows debris to drop into socket.
2: Also with fused unit below. Cover is also missing for fuse. These are both fitted in a very accessible in a public building.

Every time Customer used any item of power in the house the lights went out.
Probably because the furry pest had managed to fry himself across the live connection. You can also see where he has also been chewing the neutral cable as well.
